Story

Atty Beor-Roberts, aged 61, who has never in his life eaten breakfast having not shaved, has decided to make a life changing decision - he is going to grow a beard!  Not just one of these wispy goaty beards but a full beard.

His target is to grow a full white/silver beard in time for Christmas at which he will play Father Christmas, when requested.

Having recently lost his mother aged 96 in August, he is doing this in memory of her and also many friends who have been affected by cancer.  Atty has decided to do this to raise funds for Maggie's Centre in Cheltenham - of which he is Chairman.

Atty says " this is going to be an uphill  and tickly struggle - but worth it to help so many people who suffer with this ghastly illness. I am not sure how my wife will like it !"
