Half marathon done :) Managed 1hr 59m 14s...so I achieved my goal of sub 2hrs. Legs feel like they've been borrowed from The Tin Man and not been oiled. Will be back again next year :) Although I've hit my sponsorship target please feel free to give. I'll be applying for matched giving via work and the total will be doubled :)
Thanks for everyone's support, first race ran today in a pretty respectable 53.08. Time to now unwind and enjoy afternoon :)

I'm back running again this year, and plan on doing at least 3 events, Glasgow Mens 10k, the Paisley 10k, and the Half Marathon at the Great Scottish Run on behalf of Alzheimers Scotland.
The money I raise will go to support the training of the carers of those with Alzheimers. Please help me raise money to assist those who give selflessly to support friends and family suffering with dementia.
