In memory of Alan Thompson
As Wells Cathedral reopens and worship resumes, a special appeal is being made to raise urgently needed funds to support its continuing work and care of its heritage. Now more than ever support is needed to sustain the Cathedral and all that it does.

Story

Wells Cathedral was a very special place to Alan. He has spent countless hours stood in wonder at its beauty, and meandering around its grounds.  We could think of no better place to honour in memory of him.

As Wells Cathedral reopens, a special appeal is now being made to raise urgently needed funds to support its continuing mission and care of its heritage. Now more than ever, support is needed to sustain the Cathedral and all that it does.

About the charity
