Fundraising for Back Onside
Story
Over the first lockdown I raised and donated over £6000 for local charities with the support of all my lovely viewers.
I announced that SNL would be coming back and I will be starting this Saturday 5th December. As well as the usual high energy madness, I will be raising money for a charity who provide support through sport for mental health Back Onside.
Due to the current COVID pandemic the charity has had to adapt to the crisis happening within Mental Health and have had their professional 1/2/1 support be increased by nearly 200%. They are currently supporting just under 90 people a week at present with the demand for their services going up everyday.
The charity like many others have had to cancel all there events in 2020 and this was there only source of income. So I hope that nights like tonight will help them continue the work they do and allow them to help anyone who may contact them.
