So mountain climbing isn't really my thing as most of you know, then there was the mention of a wee celebratory glass of fizz at the end!!! We all know how partial I am to some prosecco!!!!

So myself, my hubby Paul and our good friend shaun are climbing Ben Nevis on Sunday the 6th of august, (don't be leaving me now!)

We are raising money to donate to FDAMH a charity which has helped some of our good friends in the past and will continue to do so for others and you never know one of us may require their help also.
Mental health is part of who we are and FDAMH are there to help, stand tall be proud!
