Story

On Sunday 3 June, I cycled from Looe on the south Cornwall coast to Barnstaple in the Devon Coast to Coast Challenge. It was a long way and lot of hills! And as a slightly warped warm up, on Sunday 16 May, I also did my very first Triathlon, the Exe Valley Novice Tri -  200m swim, 20k cycle and a 3k run - and came third in the Men's Novice category.

The Coast to Coast Challenge, and all my fundraising, is in aid of North Devon Hospice. My Dad died in a Hospice and I know how vital Hospices are in helping both the patient and their family cope with such difficult situations.

Its not too late to sponsor me. Any and every contribution will be hugely appreciated.

Many, many thanks

Alan
