Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust gave a grant to my church in 2006 and since then I have helped fundraise via the sponsored bike ride. However this was interrupted in 2009 by kidney failure. Since receiving a kidney transplant in 2011, I have been able to resume bike riding, thank God, and so I will gratefully continue to raise funds for WHCT and the church for as long as I am granted the strength.
