Hi,

Thank you for visiting my just giving page.

I'm running for Cystic Fybrosis as my friends cousin has the condition and her sister sadly passed away as a result of having Cystic Fybrosis. I now know the support and treatment that she needs is vital. So, by doing this run and with your donation, the funds will go towards help with ongoing treatment to all those that have the condition and into research for new treatments.

That being said, training has certainly commenced, with a 6 mile run already done on saturday past, 4 miles on Monday and an easy 3 mile run last night. I have an 8 mile run lined up for tomorrow, so lets hope the weather is good.

Just a quick note to say thank you to those of you that have donated. It's much appreciated. Training is going ok. Did a 10mile run on Friday past and a 6 mile run last night with another 6miler planned for tomorrow night and a 12mile run on Saturday morning.

The photo me was just before the 8 mile run, I'm glad there isn't one after the run. Those trainers in the second picture is how I feel tonight after the run - I'm knackered!!!! Never mind, a couple of days rest and a 6 mile run on Monday shouldn't be too much of a problem.
