The route takes in the truly iconic landmarks of our capital and has a great charity feel to it with exciting cheer stations throughout.

Story

This was my first ever and possibly, given the state of me, last half marathon which I was doing to raise money for Guide Dogs!

Apologies I didn’t ask for donations before the race, I wasn’t sure I would even make it round the course and didn’t want to ask in case I didn’t!! But I did it and now I’m asking for any donations you can make to my chosen charity and that is the amazing Guide Dogs which directly help people everyday who’ve lost their sight.

Every day 250 people in the UK start to lose their sight. When someone loses their sight, Guide Dogs are there to make sure they don't lose their freedom as well. Every penny you raise will go towards helping Guide Dogs provide life-changing services for people with sight loss.

“Having a guide dog is a life-changing experience and I’m phenomenally grateful to Guide Dogs for enabling me to be more independent. Priya - Guide Dog owner
