As you know, cycling involves wearing lycra, which for someone with my build is quite a challenge in itself! But I'm not just doing this to get fit and lose weight, or to keep Susie happy (she likes the lycra!). I am doing it to honour the memory of my Nan who died earlier this year and had a long standing heart condition.
