I am taking part in the Great South Run on October 24th to raise funds for a local charity called Rianna's Fund. The fund was set up by the family of an 8 year old girl who died in an accident at a school in my village.

The fund has been able to develop and support many projects, including a home for orphans in Kenya, the building of a school in Kampala and more recently projects in India, including building a children’s home in Mumbai.

I would appreciate any donations you can give the fund,not forgetting to use the GiftAid and Barclays has generously agreed to match contributions pound-for-pound ......I would also appreciate any words of encouragement as I look forward to 10 long miles..!
