As last years swim didn't quite go to plan (wrong Loch!) Team Hydra will be returning to take on Nessie on 29th July 2023. It’s one of the most glorious (and cold!) places to swim and hopefully Nessie and the weather gods will be kind to us. 

I’m raising money for Aspire, our favourite charity, who do amazing things for people who have suffered a spinal cord injury. Please give what you can, much appreciated.
