Myself, my parents and my fab friend Lizzie have decided to walk 10km for Crohn's and Colitis UK, combining our love of walking and passion for raising awareness for a great cause such as this. Fortunately, none of us are in the position of having immediate family suffering with the condition, but we know people who do and are aware of just how debilitating this disease can be.
