This July I am embarking on a journey of a lifetime; to India - Dehli to help build a school and then trek near the Himalayas.

It is not all for fun though; but to raise money for Keech Cottage Hospice actually, here in the UK and for the school in India. It is a chance to do something for those that are less fortunate.

Keech Hospice Care provides emotional and practical support for adults and children diagnosed with a life-limiting condition. Their aim is to help patients enjoy the highest quality of life, while also providing vital support for their family and friends.

They are one of only a handful of UK organisations offering both an adult and children's hospice on the same site. The adult hospice provides care for patients primarily from Luton and South Bedfordshire, while the children's hospice cares for children across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes.
