In May 2019, I rushed >140 miles to be at the side of my good friend who had sepsis and who’s life was in the balance. After 10 days in ICU, and much longer in hospital, plus multiple amputations, Helen’s spirit and recovery is an inspiration to us all. 

In celebration of World Sepsis Day on 13th September, I will be cycling 300 miles between: 16th August  & the 30th September. I'm looking for some special, kind people to sponsor me!
