Story

Hello all. Thank you for clicking visiting our justgiving page. On May 12th 2019 we are participating in the Birmingham & Midlands Velo.

For everyone who knows us, they will know that we have little experience in long distance bike riding. Some of the team haven't been on a bike for over 30 years so this is going to be a challenge.

We are cycling 100 Miles in aid of Alzheimer's Society UK.

Currently Dementia is one of the leading causes of death in the U.K. There is currently no reversible cure for this.
Dementia is an illness which effects not only the patient, but their whole family and friends surrounding them. This is becoming one of the biggest challenges facing our Health and social care system.
Alzheimer's society provide a range of support services to try and help patients and their families with Dementia.

Our team is:

Dilip Chandarana

Raj Chandarana
Mitul Rughani
Sanj Vara
Raman Sandher
Amit Chandarana
Ajay Chandarana

Ravi Raja

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
