I have been lucky enough to secure a place running the TCS London Marathon on 2 October 2022 for ARC (Antenatal Results and Choices) (www.arc-uk.org).  ARC is an amazing charity which supports parents through antenatal screening and beyond in the event of foetal anomaly.  They are the only national charity offering this support and the work they do is incredible. 

In February 2017, Ed and I had to make the difficult decision to end a much wanted pregnancy.  ARC were there to help and guide us in a non-pressured and non-judgmental way, providing clinical information and access to support.

Each year, over 20,000 expectant parents a year are told that their baby may have a genetic or structural condition. ARC is the only national charity to provide non-directive information and support to parents, whatever decision is made about the future of the pregnancy.
