Myself, Emma and Katie have decided to take on the West Highland Way and torture ourselves, all in the name of a good cause - Cancer Research UK. 100miles (apporx 150km) of trails, hills, braes and blisters await us in September 2011, with I suspect wind, rain and midgies galore!!!

We have challenged ourselves to complete the walk from Fort William to Glasgow in 5 days, pushing ourselves and our poor tootsies to the limit, in a bid to pull on your heart strings and encourage you to dig deep!!

We've all been touched by the loss of a loved one, family, or friend as cancers indiscriminant approach affects not just its victims, but the ones who love them also. In order for our brightest minds to progress and hopefully win this war, we have to help in any way we can.

In memory of those you have lost, and those who we love who are still bravely taking on this devastating disease time and time again, we support them.
