On the 1st August I will be joining King Charles in climbing Ben Nevis; the UK's highest mountain!

I'm doing this to challenge myself in a new way and raise money for Regenerate.

Regenerate inspires and supports young people by building strong relationships and creating life changing opportunities: helping them grow in confidence, make the best of their lives and impact the world for good. 

If we reach our target, the funds raised will support the Regenerate 'Get Active' youth work and mentoring programs, which work with over 300 young people, and will also help to create employment and support for 75 young people coming out of gangs, crime and long term unemployment into 'The Feel Good Bakery' coffee enterprise.

The Feel Good Jog is an epic challenge where Charles Costa and a small crew from Regenerate are jogging 40 marathons and doing 40 performances from John O Groats to Lands End. The team will be joined by people doing their own 'Feel Good Jogs' and connecting via our phones, helping to raise as much money as we can to support Regenerate.
