Hello everyone

It is coming up to the 1st anniversary of my dad's death.  In an effort to muster something good out of what will necessarily be a very sad time, I am doing a 10k run with my friend, Kate, to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland.  I am specifically raising money for the Lothian Early Onset Support Service (LEOSS), which helped my mom and dad so much in the last couple years of his life.  Because my dad was such a running enthusiast himself, and because he is the reason I started running many many years ago, it seems a fitting tribute to him to  go for a run and raise some money for a worthy service in the process. 

I miss my dad everyday, and I loved him so much.  It would be really brilliant if you could help me remember him by making a donation so that other people will continue to benefit from LEOSS.
