And I'm one of them! Asthma's been rather life-defining for me, almost life-ending at times. I'm lucky that many treatments work for me, though it took a lot of trial and error to find them. Others are less lucky.

There's a new diagnosis every minute.

So I'm taking on the May Hula Hoop Challenge for Asthma + Lung UK. They're the only UK charity that fights for everyone's right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
