So apparently running a marathon was not enough for me so the next challenge I have set myself, along with my crazy friends who have either served or are still serving, is to take part in the Spartan Trifecta challenge.  On the 30th August 2014 we will be doing the Spartan Sprint covering 5+km and 15 obstacles.  The following day on the 31st August we will be doing the Spartan Super covering 13+km and 21 obstacles.  Then finally on October the 11th we will be tackling the Spartan Beast which is 20+km long and contains 26 obstacles.  Same as before all money raised goes to SSAFA's Lee Rigby Fund.    For a bit of an idea as to what a  Spartan race is, click on the link and watch the video:
