Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Those of you who have known me a while know I couldn't run to save my life but here I am less than 7 weeks away from running 26.2 miles in the 2021 Brighton Marathon. My motivation behind this crazy decision is to support St Francis Hospice, a charity hospice relying on public support to continue the amazing work they do. Back in October 2019 I lost my Grandad who in his final weeks stayed in St Francis hospice. The care he and my family received took the sting out of the most awful situation. In May 2020 myself and my family did a 10k to raise much needed funds for the hospice which helped in supporting over 1800 patients and their families at their worst time. Having experienced first hand the care and support given to both patients and their families at St Francis I want to give back, ensuring that St Francis can continue to provide this first class service to those in need. I appreciate this last year has been tough on us all and so any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
