As you may be aware, I have been involved with a charity called Destination Florida for a little while now, spending a lot of time fundraising for them, and also being a non medical volunteer on the 2014 trip.

If you didn't know, Destination Florida is a children’s charity based in the North West of England. We specialise in organising sunshine holidays to Florida for children between the ages of seven to fifteen who have missed out on the fun and laughter of childhood due to illness. The holiday's are a week long and are meticulously organised with a full medical team of experienced doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and carers enabling the children to be given their normal medical treatment, yet still enjoying a holiday of a lifetime.

We create the dream that very few have a chance of achieving.

So, I've decided that, in order to try and raise a little more money for the charity, I am going to give up alcohol for the entire month of November.

Easy task you say? 

Well you obviously don't know me that well!!

Whether at home, out and about, or sneakily under my desk at work - I will be having no alcohol whatsoever for 30 entire days!
