Swansea is a place close to my heart with great beaches and a flat half marathon course!  My dad last ran the bay in 2002 when he was visiting me and training for the London marathon while I was in the university library studying for my finals.  I have never run this distance before.  My dad last did a half marathon in 2011.  

We want to raise money for 1ne which is a small charity, they don't get much funding and they really help people affected by addiction and their families.  If you could just spare a couple of quid, that would be amazing.
