Hi Everyone,

Carol has decided that I need to lose a few pounds and has entered me into the Royal Parks Half Marathon and being as bossy as Carol is, she has decided to run with me to keep an eye on me and make sure that I don’t stop for a pint or two on the way round.

The main reason we decided to run this race was to raise some money for the Motor Neurones Disease Association as this disease has unexpectedly and personally come into our lives recently. Please donate as much as you can.
