Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I ran my first half marathon in Cardiff on October 17th to help raise money for Barnardo's.

I'd really like to thank everyone who has sponsored me and encouraged me during my training and during the race itself. My official chip time was 2:09:36 which beat my pre-race target of 2:15:00. I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.
