I have decided to take part in a 5 day trek around the iconic Grand Canyon, exploring places like the Zion National Park, Canaan Mountain, and the South Kaibab trail, covering over 60km over the course of the week. 

I've chosen to challenge myself with this amazing opportunity as I am seeking something exciting to look forward to after finishing university next year, and this will definitely be exciting. It will tough and outside of my comfort zone, but hopefully rewarding and memorable. 

I will also be doing this to raise money for Marie Curie, an incredible charity that strives to help people and their families living with a terminal illness make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert care, emotional support, research and guidance.

I look forward to fundraising and training in preparation for this and massively appreciate donations of any size that will help me to help them.
