During lockdown I decided to grow my hair long enough to cut it and donate it to the Little Princess Trust.  Ideally they are looking for at least 30cm of length and I’m getting there!  In addition, the money raised through my Just Giving page will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital for children.

The Little Princess Trust provides free, real-hair wigs for young cancer sufferers or for children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss, using hair donations and fundraising to manufacture and fit their real hair wigs.They also fund pioneering, life-saving research into childhood cancers.  

Since its formation in 1852, Great Ormond Street Hospital has been dedicated to children’s healthcare and to finding new and better ways to treat childhood illnesses.  Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH in need of life changing treatments.
