Following the outstanding response to our initial collection for Samaritans as part of a designated memorial fund for Barbara, in which we raised more than £3,750 in late 2020 and early 2021, we are now setting up the second part of the fund - a permanent collection for Crisis. This part of the fund has been set up a week before what would have been Barb's 36th birthday (14th February), and the intention is to have an active fundraising period in the week before her birthday every year. Even so, the fund is a permanent one and those individuals looking to make contributions at any time, carry out their own charitable activities to raise funds for this or any other component of a memorial fund at any time, or suggest new forms of fundraising should by all means feel free to do so. We are simply looking for a lasting legacy for our Barb and all help is appreciated. Thanks, Aidan xxxx
