On the 2nd of May this year I will be abseiling down the Affinity Church Langley Water Tower to raise funds for PARC Essex.  A charity which is close to my heart.

You may or not know that my son, Luke, now 5, is autistic.  Since Luke was 4 we have been very fortunate to have access to PARC Essex.  PARC is a priceless which gives children and young adults a place to go and play and also provides parents and carers with some respite.  

Facilities at the centre include a sensory room, playground and soft play.  As well as this the centre also organises days out and other events.

Like any charity PARC relies heavily on donations to keep going so I am more than happy to raise as much as I can to help out.
