We are a young, forward-thinking architecture practice with strong and focused ambitions to change people’s lives in a positive way. For us, architecture is about people and so our work is always delivered with an acute sense of empathy and pragmatism. Much of our work has a strong humanitarian focus – we are always aware of the positive and progressive values that buildings can deliver to people and communities.Homelessness is a national crisis. The figures are alarming:There are at least 320,000 homeless in Britain. More than 9,000 of these people are sleeping rough in England, almost a third of them in London. In the capital as a whole, 170,000 people – equivalent to one in 52 of us have no home.We are taking part in this walk to raise awareness within our profession and encourage other architectural practices to collaborate with us to find solutions to end homelessness. It is our duty to act!
