UPDATE:

Alhamdulillah, by the will of Allah, the time has now come for me to embark on this blessed journey and take part in the Makkah Twin Peaks. It is surreal to think that this trip was meant to be delivered in 2020 but we are now in the last few weeks of 2022. 

It has truly been worth the wait and there were times when Covid-19 hit that we all believed that this trip would be cancelled altogether. I thank everyone who has supported and donated towards this cause, and I pray that Allah SWT showers his blessings and rahma on us all and keeps us on the straight path (Ameen).

I will keep every single one of you in my duas when I am performing my Umrah and climbing Mount Noor and Mount Thawr.

If anyone does have any spare change or would further like to donate to my page, I am raising money for a vegetable roof garden for the refugees in Palestine.

This is my second year and second challenge in raising money for the people of Palestine and I am extremely honoured  and excited to be able to be part of this new challenge

I have signed up to take part in the Makkah Twin Peaks challenge and I will be trekking Mount Noor and Mount Thawr, two historical mountains in Islam.

At least 1.9 million Palestinians are constantly experiencing violence, conflict, denial of access to employment, among other threats. Palestinians have very limited access to basic essentials such as food and water, and vulnerable households struggle daily to cope with the prolonged nature of the crisis.

I am fundraising for Penny Appeal's 'Love Palestine' campaign which will support the following programmes: - Distribution of food parcels to families living with chronic food insecurity - Empower Palestinian Farmers to expand their olive farms and build a sustainable living- Build rooftop gardens for women to provide a sustainable source of income and crop- Provide essential aid such as clean water, food & medical care in the Gaza Strip.

Please help me raise my goal so that we are able to do our bit for our Ummah and help those who are in grave living conditions. Jazakallah and may Allah bless us all!
