In June of this year AFESIP Cambodia received devastating news that their primary donor, the Somaly Mam Foundation, would no longer be supporting them. This left them fighting for their survival and the past few months have been a battle to continue to feed and accommodate the vulnerable children and women within their shelters. SCC needs your help to raise funds to provide food and shelter to some of the most vulnerable young people within Cambodia. At this moment AFESIP are working hard with their donors to secure replacement funding and to plan for their future. They need another £40,000 to enable their programmes to continue over the coming months. Please help!

AFESIP Cambodia has three centres which rehabilitate victims of trafficking, rape, and domestic violence. Schools for Children of Cambodia (SCC) supports AFESIP's work in education and training at all three of its Centres - Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and Kompong Cham.The education programme at the children's centre, Somaly House and the English and Khmer classes and library services to children from the local community, costs £17000 per annum. £35000 p.a. would fund education programmes in all 3 centres. £100000 p.a. would fund educational and vocational training programmes in all 3 centres. All funds donated go towards the running costs of these programmes. SCC trustees give their resources for nil cost.
