Story

AECOM are taking part in the Business Fives charity football event on
17th August 2022. The event brings together companies from all over
the Liverpool City Region to raise money for numerous charities. AECOM will be
supporting The Bobby Colleran Trust in their mission to tackle the child
mental health crisis that has accelerated over the past year of lockdowns.

Primarily the trust was set-up to bring awareness of Road
Safety to drivers, parents and children and ultimately help to prevent further
loss of life in the vicinity of schools and other busy roads in and around the
Liverpool City Region.

In 2021, following the height of the Covid19 pandemic, the
Trust announced its brand new campaign Take Care for Bobby designed to address
the growing need for greater mental health support for children and young
people in Liverpool City Region.

The Take Care for Bobby initiative provides vital support
services within the school environment by delivering a mental health awareness
programme to children and young people across Primary and Secondary education.

The Trust is delivering a range of therapies in schools,
improve the understanding of mental health for children, young people and care
givers as well as providing bite-size tips and tools for mental health
caretaking within its specially-created programme.

the community.
