Team: Sore but Sturdy
Story
Alongside a team of colleagues at Barclays, I will be taking part in the Lake District Triple Challenge on 14 July 2023. This involves:
- Climbing to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston – 10km, 803m.
- Mountain biking through Grizedale Forest, one of the Lake District's most famous mountain biking areas, including the lung-pumping ascent of the hill into the forest – 12km
- Kayaking Coniston Water – 1.5km
- Recovering afterwards!
Our team is raising funds to support Mind, who do amazing work to help people with mental health conditions.
