Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Malawi Teaching Skills Share helps provide valuable training and support to inspirational teachers in one of the world's poorest countries.

Teachers in Malawi struggle daily with classes of between one and two hundred children, in classrooms empty of chairs, tables, displays or even electricity. They work tirelessly to help the children in their care achieve to their highest potential, with very little in the way of resources, training or government support.

The Malawi Teaching Skills Share allows UK teaching professionals to arrange, plan and host seminars aimed at providing some much-needed practical lesson ideas while giving their Malawian colleagues an invaluable forum for sharing their own experiences.

All donations will go towards transport, food and accommodation for the Malawian teachers, allowing as many as possible access to these valuable Skills Share workshops.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
