This year I am adding the Great North Run to my list of Road Races and would like you all to sponsor me as much as possible to help raise money for people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis.

In the run up to the race I will be trying to fit in some sort of training shedule but I am not promising a quick time just so that I can get round the course without any major difficulties.

My overall fundraising target is £300 but I will be raising funds in other ways so
I know a lot of you have already sponsored me.
