Story

Thanks for visiting my page on this fantastic website,'Just Giving'.

As you may or not know, I started running to get fit and loose a bit of weight last year and now that I am a slim marathon wannabee(!), I am embarking on my first race, the 'Jane Tomlinson 10K Run' in Leeds on the 21st June.

Please will you sponsor me to run this race and help 'The Hollybank Trust' in Huddersfield raise money for a new residential home for the children in their care. They have an ever expanding group of children who need round the clock care and education. When I visited the school recently I was really impressed with what they already provide, but like most charities, they need our money!!

Please dust off your credit card and follow the links to donate and support me in my target of raising £1000!!!!!!!!!! Don't forget to tick the 'Gift Aid' box and then Hollybank can claim the tax back on your donation, assuming you are a UK taxpayer. If you would rather fill in a good old fashioned 'sponsor form', please let me know and I will add your name to the ever expanding list.

Not only do your donations help Hollybank but they keep me running through rain and shine and keep me motivated. So far I have lost many inches and at least 1/2 stone. The hills round here are exhausting, but if I can run here, I can run anywhere.

Anyway, thats enough for now. Thank you again in anticipation,

Lots of love....

Adrian
