I am taking this challenge to celebrate my continued good health at the age of 70 and to raise money for my favourite charities.

Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without borders) is an independent international agency providing medical care wherever it is needed…….in war zones and disasters. I think that they are truly heroic.

Our journey will start on September 10^th and we hope to arrive on September 17^th after 520 miles (832 kms).
