We give music therapy to children & adults to Make Music Change Lives in Scotland

Story

Hello!  I am Adriana Spina, singer, songwriter and occasional jogger, and I'll be running this year's Great Scottish Run 10K, in aid of Nordoff Robbins Scotland!

Music has the power to affect us in different ways.  It can be stimulating or soothing; stir our emotions and memories, comfort and inspire. Everyone can respond to music, whatever their health condition.

Nordoff Robbins Scotland uses music therapy to help people with a range of conditions including autism, learning disabilities, neurological disorders, life-limiting illness, brain injury, cerebral palsy, mental health issues, trauma, stroke and dementia. Music Therapy uses music to break down barriers caused by illness or disability. For many of Nordoff Robbins clients, Music Therapy is essential to their well-being and quality of life.

Please help me raise some much needed funds for this great cause and help Nordoff Robins to continue changing lives in Scotland.

I'll be sharing updates on how my training is going on the run up to the event (pun intended!) - wish me luck!
