You all know I am crazy about riding bikes, so this opportunity gives me the chance to inspire some new riders to ride their first long ride or sportive and help the RAFBF raise some money.

Throughout my rime in the RAF I have seen first hand the work of the RAFBF, especially as they helped my friend Lee a with adapting a house after he was sadly paralysed in a car crash.
