Throughout 2015 the Admiral Taverns team will be raising money for MIND, the mental health charity. Many people are affected in many ways by mental health issues, MIND campaigns to raise awareness and promote understanding as well as providing advice and support for people across the UK.

Following our successful climb of Snowdon in 2013 we will be tackling Ben Nevis – the highest peak in Britain – on Saturday 16th May. Over 50 of us will be making our way to the top to take in the stunning views and to raise funds for a fantastic charity.

We also have 4 teams of 4people competing in the Ben Nevis Charity Challenge on 20th June 2015. The teams of 4 will climb Ben Nevis, cycle 25 miles and canoe around Loch Lochy.

Throughout the year we will be baking, dressing down, quizzing and generally doing everything we can to raise funds for MIND. Please help us raise funds for MIND by sponsoring us. Your support will help motivate us through the challenges and propel us to our target.
