This is Johnny Sherry. My dad. My hero. My inspiration in life. I lost him to this cruel disease in 2004. Far too early aged just 72….

Together with my wife Gill, my sister Graunia, and our fantastic family, friends and especially the Maudslay Football Club, Coventry, we embarked on a charity journey like no other. To raise £5k....

The £60k at 60 was launched to coincide with my big birthday in June 2024.

On Sunday 4th December 2022 I ran and maybe walked a little, the Valencia Marathon with my great friend Fernando Pineiro.

In May 2024 I ran the Rob Burrow (RIP) marathon. It was the last marathon before Rob sadly passed away after a courageous battle against MND.

As of January 2025Johnny Sherry Tribute fund stands at £58,000!

I worked for a fabulous company - Next. Next allowed me to organise this years annual golf tournament held at The Warwickshire. Leek Wootton, Warwick. A stunning location.

On July 17th 80 golfers attended in support of MND. The evening charity event attracted over 90 with raffle and auction prizes donated by fabulous friends and suppliers.

All profit made on the day was donated to MND. We made over £8000!!

We are so so close to the £60k target!

MNDA is a fabulous charity supporting those diagnosed and their friends and family. We will be forever grateful for the support given to us as a family and to our father..

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference.
