I'm back following my foot being operated on, which after a number of years has enabled me to run again. 

Rob was a hero to my lads, always fought battles on the pitch and now has the battle of his life.

I started running again hoping to run some 10km races but only Rob would make me run a marathon.

This disease is massively underfunded and all funds from this event are going towards a MND centre in Leeds.

I understand times are tough at the moment so any support is really appreciated even if just messages of encouragement or by sharing this for me.
