Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As most of you know I lost my beautiful mum just over a year ago. Sadly not long after that I also lost a dear friend that was like a mum to me. The Trinity Hospice were there at the end for both of them and just want to help raise money to say thank you for all that they have done and continue to do. Without them we wouldn't have been able to bring my mum home from intensive care to spend her last few days at home surrounded by her family which was her last wish.
