This year I've gone a little triathlon mad - following in my brother's footsteps....and I'm completing in 4 triathlons this year.

2 sprint distance 2/05/2011 & 30/05/11 = 436m swim; 20km cycle; 5km run

1 Olympic distance 24/07/2011 = 1500m swim; 40km; 10km run

& finally, the big one, a 70.3 half Ironman in Galway, 4/09/2011 = 1.9km swim, 90km cycle. 21km run

Whilst doing these events, I am raising money for 2 charities; this is the page for the local gynae-oncology charity GRACE

GRACE (Gynae-oncology Research And Clinical Excellence) undertakes research into the causes and treatment of gynaecological cancers, encourages early detection through awareness and supports hospitals across the Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire cancer network.
