Jessie May started supporting our family when my daughter Shannon was just 5 years old.  They give support in many ways but they provided respite in our home up to 4 times per month to look after Shannon, giving me the chance to spend precious time with my other 2 girls, or simply go shopping.  

Shannon sadly passed away in February 2015 at age 18.  The Jessie May nurses involved with Shannon was there with us until the end and they are still giving myself and girls support in anyway they can and will do for 5 years. I don't know where I would be without them!

Normally I run marathons to raise money but this time I thought I would do something more extreme.  I have decided to have all my hair shaved off during a Charity day that myself and friends are organising, it is being held on Saturday 25th June 2016 at All Saints Church in Fishponds from 3 until 7pm.
There will be refreshments, Tombola, BBQ, Bar, Magician, as well as live
music featuring Vapour, a dance Troupe, a Raffle with some excellent prizes, plus lots of fun and games. It should be a good day so please come along to support us.

It means a lot to keep doing such events to help raise much needed money so that Jessie May can continue giving support to sick children and their families. I also want to raise as much awareness of this amazing charity, so please can all my friends and friends of friends share this page.
