We are running the Great North Run this year for Berwick Cancer Cars. They cover a local area and their nearest main hospitals are over 60 miles away. They provide free transport for those with a cancer diagnosis in the Berwick & District area so people can reach their cancer related appointments in comfort and safety and without worry to them or their families. They provide free car transport to hospitals all over the North East (including hospitals across the Scottish Borders), and beyond.  They are run solely by volunteers, and rely COMPLETELY on donations and fundraising as they don’t receive any government funding.
