Story
On 3 September 2022, I will be making the 1345 feet climb of Ben Nevis, along with some of my work colleagues at Omega Ingredients Ltd. At the same time we will be picking up litter as part of the Surfers Against Sewage Million Mile Clean. I have chosen to raise money for Surfers Against Sewage and as a team we will also be raising money for RSPCA Suffolk and Rainbows for Children.
Prior to the Ben Nevis climb I will also be completing 2 more litter picks, first around Claydon and Great Blakenham and the second from Bures to Nayland. Any donations you make will be greatly appreciated!
A little bit about Surfers Against Sewage
Surfers Against Sewage was set up by a group of people who were sick of seeing the ocean they love being polluted by everything from sewage to plastic. Based on the rugged North Cornish coast, their projects cover all 19,491 miles of UK coastline.
They're not just surfers and they're definitely not just about sewage. They love our oceans and want to see them better protected and thriving in the future, for everyone.
